How to Reset Your Company Email Password

Forgot your company email password or need to reset it? Follow these simple steps to regain access securely.
Steps to Reset Your Password:
Go to the Password Reset Page:
Visit passwordreset.microsoftonline.com from any browser.
Enter Your Company Email:
Type in your full company email address (e.g., jane.doe@thefoodpurveyor.com).
Verify Your Identity:
Choose one of the available verification methods (phone, alternate email, or security questions).
Create a New Password:
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter a new secure password.
Tip: Use a mix of upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Important Notes:
Your new password must be at least 8 characters and different from the last 5 passwords used.
Once updated, the password will sync across email, Teams, and OneDrive.
